Actual processing times depend on factors including but not limited to:

6. Client Responsibilities

FounderX shall not be responsible for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading client documentation.

7. Fees & Payment

All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service fees quoted by FounderX typically do not include:

• Government charges
• Free Zone fees
• Visa and immigration fees
• Emirates ID or medical fees
• Bank charges
• Courier costs
• VAT (if applicable)
• Third-party service costs

FounderX reserves the right to revise pricing prior to payment confirmation.

Once work has commenced, service fees become subject to the refund policy outlined below.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to FounderX.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Before Service Commencement

If no service activity has commenced, a refund may be issued minus an administrative fee of AED 1,000 or 20% of the service fee (whichever is higher).

After Service Commencement

Once work has commenced, including but not limited to:

• consultation
• document preparation
• application processing
• coordination with authorities
• administrative work

service fees become non-refundable.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Government fees, Free Zone charges, visa costs, and other third-party expenses are strictly non-refundable once paid or submitted to the relevant authority.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on banking procedures.

Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

• client change of mind
• client delays in documentation
• rejection by authorities
• regulatory policy changes
• authority processing delays

FounderX’s total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid directly to FounderX.

9. Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting FounderX to attempt resolution.

Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in:

• immediate suspension of services
• recovery actions for outstanding amounts
• legal proceedings to recover damages and administrative costs.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

FounderX respects the confidentiality of client information.

Client data may be shared with relevant authorities or third-party service providers only where necessary to complete the requested services or where legally required.

Clients acknowledge that certain regulatory authorities may require disclosure of documents for compliance purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website including but not limited to:

• text
• graphics
• logos
• images
• service descriptions
• digital materials

is the intellectual property of FounderX and protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• misleading regarding services provided
• intended to damage the reputation of FounderX or its employees

If a concern arises regarding service delivery, the client agrees to contact FounderX directly and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution before posting a public review.

FounderX reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for reputational damage caused by false or malicious statements.

Nothing in this clause restricts clients from sharing honest and accurate feedback about their experience.

14. Limitation of Liability

FounderX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• business losses
• lost opportunities
• operational delays
• regulatory penalties

FounderX’s maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the service fees paid directly to FounderX for the relevant service.

15. Amendments to Terms

16. Violation of Terms

18. Free Zone Licensing & Renewal Process

FounderX operates as an authorized service provider with several UAE Free Zones.

Certain Free Zones maintain internal policies where licensing portals remain accessible only to the originally appointed service provider.

By engaging FounderX services, clients acknowledge that:

• License applications and renewals may be processed through FounderX
• Direct access to licensing portals may require official transfer procedures approved by the Free Zone authority

Should a client request to transfer to another service provider, issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) may be considered subject to:

• settlement of outstanding payments
• internal compliance review
• applicable administrative charges

A processing fee of AED 5,000 applies for issuance of such NOC.

FounderX shall not be liable for penalties or delays resulting from non-renewal or unauthorized modifications to licensing records.

19. Advertising & Promotions

The Website may display promotional offers or discounts.

Promotions are valid only during their specified duration and do not apply retroactively to completed services.

FounderX does not assume responsibility for third-party advertisements displayed on the Website.

20. Force Majeure

FounderX shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

• government policy changes
• regulatory restrictions
• war or geopolitical events
• natural disasters
• banking disruptions
• technological failures.
