Mansi Panchal
Mansi Panchal isn’t your typical CEO; she represents a new kind of leadership built on speed, clarity and action.
A lawyer by background and a sales coach by experience, Mansi built her career from the ground up, leading high-performing teams, closing record-breaking deals and driving growth across multiple organisations.
After seeing the gaps in the UAE’s business setup industry — slow processes, outdated systems and founders left guessing — she created FounderX to do things differently.
FounderX was built to be faster, more transparent and truly founder-first; giving entrepreneurs the direction, support and confidence they need to turn ideas into real, revenue-ready businesses.
