Are You Eligible for a Employee Visa?

 

To get an employee visa in the UAE, a company must have a valid trade license, an approved visa quota, and a role that matches its licensed activities. The employee must be at least 18, meet job qualifications, be medically fit, and have no immigration bans.

The process starts with quota approval, followed by submitting the employee’s documents, such as a passport copy, photos, attested certificates if needed, and a signed contract. After approval, the employee completes medical tests and applies for an Emirates ID.

  • Free zone authorities, such as DMCC, DIFC, RAKEZ, IFZA, Abu Dhabi Global Market, and others, which manage their own visa issuance systems through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).
