4. Services & Third-Party Providers
FounderX may coordinate with third-party providers (including free zones, government
departments, and banks). We cannot guarantee approvals or outcomes from these entities.
Any delays or rejections are outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Any incorrect
or misleading information may result in processing delays or rejection, for which FounderX
will not be held liable.
6. Fees & Payment
All fees for our services must be paid in advance. Government charges, third-party fees, and
VAT (if applicable) are additional and non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust our
pricing at any time.
7. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Refunds may be considered only if services have not yet commenced or in cases of verified
service failure on our part. Government or third-party fees are non-refundable if already
utilized by the authorities. A satisfaction guarantee applies for up to 30 days from order
placement on selected services.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal and business
information. We may share data with authorities only where legally required or to complete
service obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on www.founderx.ae including text, graphics, logos, and digital
downloads is the property of FounderX and protected by UAE intellectual property laws.

Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following posting of
changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with the
Terms of Use, FounderX grants use a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited
privilege to enter and use the Website.
16. Violation of Terms of Use
You understand and agree that FounderX reserves the right, at its sole discretion and
without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website or
services if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or any third party rights. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false information or engaging in
any unauthorized activity on the site.
You acknowledge that monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for such
violations. Therefore, you agree that FounderX shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other
equitable relief in such instances. We may also disclose your user information if required by
law, court order, or a government request.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FounderX, its affiliates, directors, employees,
partners, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or
expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the website or services, your
breach of these Terms, or any content or materials you upload or share through the

18. License Granted to FounderX
By submitting or uploading any content or materials to FounderX—whether for website
use, communication, or service delivery—you confirm that you have the legal right to do so.
You grant FounderX a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, distribute, and display such content in any format or platform for business or
marketing purposes.
You waive all claims related to any perceived infringement or misuse of proprietary content
and acknowledge that any material submitted may be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary by FounderX.
19. Advertising and Promotions
The FounderX website may display advertisements or sponsored content. The
responsibility for ensuring the legality, accuracy, and reliability of such content lies solely
with the advertisers or sponsors. FounderX does not endorse, control, or take responsibility
for any third-party ads or offers displayed.
Promotions (such as discounts or bonus offers) are valid only within their specified
duration. Offers, including any 100% service fee discount on renewals, do not apply
retroactively to already processed licenses.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the
remainder of the Terms will remain.
21. Free Zone Licensing & Renewal Process
21.1. FounderX operates as an authorized service provider and registered agent with several UAE Free Zones, including but not limited to SPC Free Zone, IFZA, Meydan, and RAKEZ.
21.2. Certain Free Zones, such as SPC Free Zone, maintain internal policies where access to the license renewal portal is restricted to the originally appointed agent who facilitated the business setup.
21.3. By using FounderX’s services, clients acknowledge and agree that:
Renewal applications and related submissions may be processed solely through FounderX in accordance with the Free Zone’s operational framework.
Direct access to portals or licensing systems may not be available to clients unless officially transferred and approved by the Free Zone authority.
21.4. Should a client wish to transition to another service provider, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) may be considered upon request. Issuance of such NOC is at the discretion of FounderX and subject to internal review and compliance with the Free Zone’s transfer procedures. A processing fee of AED 2,500 will be applicable for the issuance of the NOC.
21.5. FounderX is not liable for any penalties, delays, or consequences arising from non-renewal, delayed communication, or unauthorized attempts to access or alter licensing records outside the permitted process.
