Requirements to Obtain a Mainland License:
To obtain a UAE trade license through the Dubai Economic Department for mainland operations, certain legal prerequisites must be met:

Determine the legal structure of the business entity.
Select a suitable trade name for your business.
Following this, the local Department of Economic Development registers your chosen trade name, while the Ministry of Economy handles trademark registration if applicable.
